I was only in Anchorage for 24 hrs and I needed a dresser for my son. They had a dresser on the floor that was perfect for what I needed and was able to arrange their guys to wrap and help me get it in my explorer on Friday before I left. Great customer service and great high quality furniture.

The quality in the craftsmanship in the pieces here are second to none. One of those place you could count on loving what you’ve bought for years to come. The customer service was just as great. They they answered the every question I had with out a pause or an um and we’re perfectly welcoming. There’s no doubt about his is the only place to shop at in Alaska, and as I grow and continue to move this’ll be the place that makes my home a home.

Such a great experience! Not only were most of my items in stock … they were able to get them added with my mattress delivery that had already been set in place! And the wonderful sales person that helped me have an added discount on a couple of items at the last minute! I would definitely recommend shopping here as the service was excellent!

Moved back to AK for a work opportunity! Really thankful Anchorage has Williams & Kay! They have nice styles and great quality! I actually have a couple of little occasional pieces I bought from them in 2002 when we lived here before! Still going strong!Gabby and Jen were so helpful in selecting fabrics and also for an at-home consult to discuss furniture placement, etc. Highly recommend the store and these ladies for expert recommendations!

Had a wonderful experience. We worked with Gabby to order a hard-to-find piece of furniture. She spent a lot of time tracking down the piece and arranging the order and shipment. Williams and Kay has long been our favorite furniture store.
