Alex is the man!! I came in on a busy day during Christmas time. Alex was helping another customer at the moment but assured me he’ll be with me shortly with a smile.I’m terrible at picking out gifts or even portraying what it really is that I’m looking for. Alex was patient with me practically wanting to browse the whole store and helped me through every single step. He was not pushy about sales nor up sell whatsoever and remained enthusiastic throughout the whole process.I came into get a single gift and ended up leaving with two because I enjoyed my time at this Zales so much. Would def come back to this location anytime I’m in need of more gifts and my mom has Alex to thank for her second Christmas gift ?. Thank you, Alex!

Erica is the best! We have been into the Dimond Center location in Anchorage for a couple of jewelry issues. One was with a ring bought for my wife and the other was regarding earrings. She does what is right for the customer and will keep working until the issue is resolved, regardless of who she has to get involved. She is super friendly and knows her job very well. She goes so far and above over what most people would do. Hold onto her as an employee and give her a well deserved raise!!

Absolutely fantastic service! Amy helped me the second I came into the store. Incredible customer service, i ask a lot of questions and I felt like I was being listened to! Super rare for places to actually be kind. Great turn around times for repairs. Will be back to check out the black diamonds!

Alex is the absolute best! We live out of town off the road system and he was so accommodating. I was able to send him pictures and drawings of what I wanted, picked out stones for the set, and they brought it to life. He sent me proofs and I was able to pick out the center Diamond from some he had ordered in. The most amazing custom piece and everyone compliments my wife on such a unique set with so many intricate designs. My wife picked out a Vera Wang ring for me and we were able to have the Diamond switched out to match her set. She doesn’t want anyone to steal our design, but here’s a picture of mine. Go see Alex if you want him to help you create something truly special.
