I've not recieved so many things that I quit paying for a box and just go paperless for bills and get my packages sent to my family at their house. It's ridiculous, they've ruined our Christmas for the kids, I've had missed business opportunities for lost and late mail, things that were tracked there that disappear once arriving, the worst post office I've ever seen in my life. I've Lived in 8 different states in the great USA 🇺🇸 and big lake, AK has been the worst in my life for mail and the most expensive. You'd think with how little many companies and department stores will actually ship here they could be better at recieving, or their jobs period. Yes.. Here we are.. Still waiting on packages from 2020 that show arrived.

Absolutly the worst customer service i have ever had. They consistently send my mail back as 'undeliverable' bold faced lied to me about it then when i brought properly addressed mail addresses to me that was returned they blamed the wasilla usps for it. Multiple times my amazon packages disapeared, left perishable packages expire for weeks before letting me lnow the package was there. Taking my buisness to the UPS store in meadow lakes

50/50 chance you get your mail or packages from this place. I see new staff there but the service is still not acceptable.

Employees are rude i have been getting my mail here for 2 years and have never recieved a package slip i have to track my packages and ask the people at the counter for my stuff or i would never know it had arrived and they always look so mad that i even asked . It also takes a very long time from when a package says it arrived until it is ready and for some reason they are closed on saturday seems like they would use that dY to catch up since they are always behind. Maybe hire some more employees so you can actually get the job done.

Friendly staff, although not very organized, they gave my package away to someone else because they wrote the wrong number on the outside of the box.

Employees seem professional, knowledgeable and curtious. Postal services at the window are timely without much of a wait, wheel cair accessible.
