“Great spot on the peninsula. All the rooms have a private porch, and a wood burning stove in addition to regular heaters. Wood is stocked and they'll even light it for you if you're struggling. Compared to $500/ night downtown and $700 as Alyeska the pricing can't be beat. Has a RV park, convenience store, 2 restaurants, coffee shop.
