“We loved the accomodations and our cabin at the Mt. Wrangel Homestead. Very clean and comfortable. The GM, Ellyn, was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The grounds have so much to offer from the views to the rich history. We will definitely stay here again.”

“I stopped here on my way home after a very emotional visit to Valdez. I really hadn't eaten a decent meal in weeks. I was finally hungry. Boy, am I glad I stopped. They are NOT kidding when they say that their eggs benedict is voted the best in the state. IT IS NOT A LIE! Also, those homefries were amazing. I have no doubt that I will be back.”
“We stayed on the first weekend of the season and really liked this place. Great stopping point between Anchorage and Valdez. Close to Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great. The hotel was very clean and we loved the lodge atmosphere. The cozy great room had a fireplace, high ceilings and looked out over the forest and mountains. The outdoor seating area was just right and had a corn home game. The staff at the front desk gift shop and restaurant were very friendly, helpful and efficient.”
