“Rented a Honda Pilot last year 2025 salmon season to visit the glaciers. I had an unfortunate accident where I lost the key and broke the small back window thinking the key was inside but it wasn't. The company is family-owned and the son and father team were so understanding and helpful I even kept the rental for a few extra days I paid for the window and they were absolutely great the whole time. Patient and understanding that California people panic in the remoteness of Alaska. LOL. definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a rental. They even drove it out to the Trident Seafoods parking lot and left the keys inside for me and picked it up the same way when I was done”
