“My daughter was driving from Southern California to Elmendorf AFB when she had a tire blowout near the Alaska border. After calling every tire shop in Tok and the surrounding towns without any luck finding the size she needed, I called Aces Automotive in Delta Junction. They didn’t have the exact tires in stock, but they immediately started looking for a solution. They were able to locate two tires that would fit her car, so I had AAA tow her nearly 200 miles to their shop.
The shop was already closed when she arrived, so she spent the night at a local Airbnb and planned to have the tires installed the next morning. Unfortunately, as she headed to the shop on her spare tire, it finally gave out. An Alaska State Trooper pulled her over, called Aces Automotive, and the shop immediately came and towed her the rest of the way.
Brayson and the team went above and beyond. They got the two replacement tires installed, made sure everything was safe, and got her back on the road so she could continue her trip to Elmendorf AFB. Brayson even took the time to call me personally after the work was completed to explain everything they had done and give me peace of mind.
