JL saved the day! Bought this brass nipple from Lowe’s. It failed in less than a year????. Called AIH and JL answered my questions and measured the nipple he has in his store. Saved me a trip to Anchorage. Thank you!!!

I've made a return beginning of summer 2023 ( box was never opened, just found a better deal) the older person that helped me was rude but that's not why I'm doing this review, he never gave a receipt for the return and said they don't give receipts for returns, he said money was back on the card and I'm good to go. Well I never got my $70 back on the card, long story short I made another return in wasilla today and what do know I actually got a receipt that shows money going back to my credit card. I like AIH but that location in eagle River will not get my business

Called and got a price for a chainsaw. When I got there they had the saw ready but the price was +$75 from what they had told me.Classic Bait & Switch.
