I've made a return beginning of summer 2023 ( box was never opened, just found a better deal) the older person that helped me was rude but that's not why I'm doing this review, he never gave a receipt for the return and said they don't give receipts for returns, he said money was back on the card and I'm good to go. Well I never got my $70 back on the card, long story short I made another return in wasilla today and what do know I actually got a receipt that shows money going back to my credit card. I like AIH but that location in eagle River will not get my business

Called and got a price for a chainsaw. When I got there they had the saw ready but the price was +$75 from what they had told me.Classic Bait & Switch.

I live in Palmer but This is the only place I shop for my tools! There's a store in Wasilla but this store in eagle river excels beyond them! The professional and friendly attitude is far and beyond ANYTHING I have experienced at the other stores in Alaska! And Joe is always there with a suggestion when I get stuck on something I'm working on.
