Customer service is non existent at this store. We were waiting for assistance and neither of the reps greeted us and when we asked for assistance we were told they were busy but when others walked in they were immediately greeted and helped.

My girlfriend spoke with a young lady On the 611 number and ordered me a phone because mine was currently smashed. She said it’d be ready in three hours and ended up lying to us very much so my girlfriend continued on and called the Eagle River store spoke with Destiny and she helped us out a lot. She told us to cancel the order because we would be getting it sent in and I would not be able to receive it within three hours and it’ll be coming in days later at that moment I needed a phone now destiny bundled up a whole bunch of stuff and saved us some money and I walked out of there within an hour, and I was very satisfied. She has been a very great help and I will be working with her from now on for anything that occurs with my AT&T needs thank you very much Destiny great work five star accommodation PS everything from my smash phone did transfer over right when I walked out of the store. Wanted to tell you, but I was pretty busy at the moment so thank you once again.

I want to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to two outstanding AT&T representatives — Jeremy and Destiny — who went above and beyond to help me get my phone working again over the course of three days.
From the very beginning, both Jeremy and Destiny approached the situation with professionalism, patience, and true dedication. What could have been a frustrating experience was instead made smooth and manageable, thanks to their consistent follow-through and genuine care for resolving the issue.
Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step clearly, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. They communicated well, followed up without being prompted, and never made me feel like just another customer in a queue.
It’s rare these days to find customer service representatives who truly own a problem until it’s fully resolved, but that’s exactly what Jeremy and Destiny did. They turned what felt like a hopeless technical issue into a complete success story — and did it with empathy and expertise.
AT&T is lucky to have team members like them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
