The entire staff was super nice and welcoming, greeted me as soon as I open the door. They were able to help get new service established with getting everything off my old phone and on to my new phone. They made sure I got the plan that would work for me.

After being long-time Verizon customers, my family and I experienced a significant decline in service quality. Based on recommendations from friends who had faced similar issues, we decided to switch to AT&T.
From the start, our experience was exceptional. Ronnie, the representative we worked with, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He listened attentively to our needs, provided clear options, and helped us find the most suitable plan for our family.
The transition was seamless, and AT&T's service in Alaska has been fantastic. We're so glad we made the switch and grateful for Ronnie's excellent assistance.

The store was incredibly busy but I felt welcomed right away. Ronnie was the BEST! He was very knowledgeable and funny! He helped me work through some issues and questions I had about my cell phone and I ended up buying a new iPhone 15 pro!

Julie was the rep at the Eagle River Alaska location and she was SO knowledgeable!!! She was working like magic and explaining everything so that we could understand and she answered all of our questions (we asked a lot of questions) flawlessly!

The service from Ronnie was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. I am a new AT&T customer, so I was very pleasantly surprised at how great the experience was and how nice it was to have chairs to sit in while conducting business there at the Eagle River store. Thank you so much!

Had to wait about 35 mintues and once they final helped us. They were in such a rush to move on to the next person. We only had about 2 minutes with the person. And they didn't resolve the problem and gave us a silly answer on why it "might" not work. I recommend going to the store in Anchorage, this one isn't good
