Brison Levale. This young man is the best AT&T employee I have ever worked with. He met me at the door and helped me through activating a replacement phone for one I just lost. AT&T was my last stop in a string of extremely frustrating events trying to find and then replace my phone. I was very angry when I got there but smiling and laughing when I left. If you have customer service awards Brison Levale should get the biggest one.

Worst experience ever and reported the entire staff to the manager in Anchorage. African American manager who was male has a horrible chip on his shoulder and sits with his legs open playing games on his phone and ignores you when you walk in. The other two younger females were also playing on their phones and would not acknowledge me. When I asked for the man's name he refused to give me it so I could contact corporate. I ended up at Tikatnu where I reported this abusive man who yelled at me for asking who was his supervisor. I was told they are a separate store and that other people have complained. This manager needs to lose his position and be removed. He is abusive and arrogant and none of them want to work or even help when you walk in except to try to sell you. Shame on this store. I was treated with respect at the Anchorage branch and the formal complaint taken seriously. I hope this store is repremended for treating the community members so horribly.

Switched from GCI to AT&T on the 27th of May, and I was told billing was monthly, and I'd be billed on the 27th of June, when in fact they do advanced billing and I was charged on the 16th. I was also told my bill would be around $80 a month with insurance, etc. on my new phone, so imagine my surprise when I was charged $113. I very clearly told the salesperson my data needs and he apparently sold me the premium plan, even though I did not need unlimited high speed data at all times, or the ability to use a hotspot (another upcharge). Today, I called customer service and downgraded to a plan that actually suits my needs, with insurance included at the price I was quoted at the Eagle River store. Not sure if salespersons earn commission on premium plans, but I feel there was significant omission of information, intentional or otherwise, and a disregard for my stated needs in order to sell me a plan at a higher price. I'm giving two stars because on the positive side, process of purchasing a new phone and signing up for service was quick and I was out in about 45 minutes.

Guys were great! They also had to tolerate a very awful, disgruntled woman and handled her flawlessly. Our requests were handled swiftly and without incident. They also provided comedic relief. 10/10 would recommend this store!

Spent two hours on the phone with AT&T technical support to finally be told to go into the Eagle River store where there would be a note on the account that stated to replace my SIM card. I was told it would be at no cost to me and the note was on the account. I went in and relayed this information to Gavin at the store and he told me there was no note and he as an employee of AT&T could not contact AT&T the company he works for to sort out the issue. He charged me for the SIM card after admitting it is normally free. I was obviously upset and he did not try to help with the situation at all just shrugged his shoulders. It really felt like he just didn’t want to do anything to help.

Violet was amazing help! Didn’t even have to wait, she helped us as soon as we walked in. I told her what I needed and she gave me all the options to make the best choice. Best customer service and fast!

Store was not able to do what i needed. Only could be done online or at the anchorage main store. I refuse to do business with the anchorage main store they are extremely rude and full of woke employees. The people in eagle river store are always helpful and respectful. They will continue to get my business as long as i do business with AT&T. If i had to deal with the Anchorage AK store i would change my service company.

We applied for additional line here in Eagle River AK. We were assisted accordingly. However, when we get home we checked our plan in ATT acount online, and found out that there’s added $17 gadget insurance for loss or damage that we didn’t knew about. For those of you who are planning to apply or add for another line, please check your plan before leaving the store because they not gonna say anything about it, they will just let you get charged for it (specially those people who signed up for autopay). We were able to remove it the same day.

My wife and I went to the Eagle River AT&T store and Vivian was there to assist us. She is amazing! Helped us every step of the way with our purchase of two new phones and two new watches. She answered all our questions and helped us set up our devices. We will definitely be going back to the Eagle River AT&T store for all our cellular needs! Thank you Vivian!

Our Eagle River, AK rep, Rhett, was very knowledgeable, patient and efficient! He said if I had any trouble to come back and we're so glad we did! Probably saved me several hours ?? Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this store. They are always quick to help and give me honest service. Today they even jump started my car (thank you Gavin and Violet!) with cheer despite the cold. I always come here first for my phone needs!

Julie was patient, but a shift manager interrupted her sale of a tablet plan to me to ask about the form of payment meanwhile the device a SIM was put into ended up incompatible. When the manager, Ron, gave no solutions over the phone and was rude, finally a legit AT&T store at the Dimond Mall, not an outlet, issued a credit because of the hours spent at other stores to try to troubleshoot.

Went into the store to kill time and to acquire about the AT&T stream box. Was met by Julie, and she was very helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions. And help me go over the different plans and made sure that I had the right one so that my whole household would be happy. Very polite, friendly and professional. Would definitely go back
