“I have been with this credit union when it was Denali and now NuVision. I have remained though questionable staff changes and I am glad I did. One of the HUGE benefits is I get to deal directly with local staff for loans and account issues. Since I have a large family and multiple businesses, I do a ton of transactions and need personal attention in certain circumstances. It's people such as Ethan and Lo that have me firmly fixed with this institution. I am so impressed with Ethan's willingness to stay a few extra minutes to help me out. He has worked tirelessly on my behalf when my business needs are at a critical point.
