Processed my Sierra Trading Post Return like a Boss. There are two counters when you walk into the store. The second one is where they process photos and FedEx packages.

There was no waiting. Transaction was completed efficiently. Parking spots were available, but the spots are small and the lot is divided--which will be a winter issue. I'll use this facility again
