The deli worker was pleasant to talk to and gave me prompt service. The checkout lady and the gentleman bagger were fantastic as well. Love the Eagle River Fred Meyers!!!!

Apparently, their morning meeting means they only have one register open at that time… not even self checkout was open. Just one cashier. And when asked about it, she gave the most attitude. As she rang up my small amount of groceries, she proceeded to place them all to the side, instead of into the bag I brought, and then took a phone call. So I bagged my own groceries before receiving more attitude from the cashier, who I’m pretty sure was a front line manager. As the line grew, she never told anyone that they could go to electronics, clothing, or customer service to check out as long as they didn’t have weighable produce. Sad..

Freds is degrading to Kroger limited line of brands. Quality name brands disappearing as Kroger iffy substitutes prevail. Lots of empty shelf space and scarce supplies of some foods. Is this merger impacts?

I applied for a position I was indeed overqualified for. No interview, no follow up, nothing.. just an email stating someone was more qualified (which is horrendously untrue)They insist on being just average and not improving what most definitely needs work. The management is very lazy.

Convenient, easy access, and this store has everything. From electronics to deli and back again to household goods. One-stop shopping in a clean, well lit store. Friendly, helpful, and polite staff. And a reward program to boot.

Excellent store with great selections and okay prices. Biggest complaint is about the store have ZERO cell phone reception throughout the entire store for Verizon customers.
