I have patronized this establishment many times over the years. I’ve never had an issue whatsoever. Until today (10/01/24)!
I have worked retail/customer service/management for 30 years now. I am an expert at providing quality service, and to always go above and beyond for customers.
However, today was the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen - in my entire life! I went in to pick up an online order. As I was getting it, a man came in, with an HVAC business shirt, cords around his arm, and a work order on his phone. He explained to the woman behind the counter that he was there to do the biannual clean and inspection of the store’s air filters.
The woman behind the counter immediately grew stern and said “Well, no one called me!” And he began to explain that all that’s needed from her is a signature, to which she replied, in a very curt manner, “Well, I’m not signing anything from you!!! I don’t know who you are, and no one called me!!!!” She said all this, despite the man showing her his work order twice. She then proceeded to yell at and argue with this HVAC vendor, while he remained calm and professional, despite her cruel unprofessionalism. He then got on his phone to call his superior. I then walked out and said to her, “He has a work order….”
And this woman replied, “I don’t care! That doesn’t matter to me!”
I’ve no clue how someone of that nature is still employed there. I am beyond livid and still angry about this. To see this woman have such a blatant disregard for a person in the store, be they a customer or a vendor, was a maddening experience, and that’s putting it mildly.
I’m never returning to this GNC.

Went in there after the gym hoping to get some help with maybe some protein shake and maybe some pre work out. I walked in was never greeted and the associate there just stared at me the whole time. He never asked if I need help. When I final did ask for help he didn’t really suggest anything or give me any info. I left after not really getting any help. I definitely felt unwelcome in the store. Long story short I left unwelcome, confused, and frustrated.

Update your hours!!!! Website says that the store closes at 8pm, and then you're closed at 5:15pm on Friday???? Not the first time this has happened! You obviously don't care about people and their time!

Our cashier was wonderful and very helpful. This is the most friendly and efficient GNC I have ever been to. I will always go here from now on.
