This is the first year I filed for my new small business not only did they file the wrong paper it is now may 9th and my business taxes still haven't been filed. I paid 350 for the first round of incorrect paperwork and now I have to pay 700 for my business taxes that have yet to be filed. I call everyday and all I get is " ill have someone call you back later". And then nothing. Since the Eagle river office is closed I'm being pawned off on the Denali st and lake Otis hr block and everything I explain what happened They ALL say "we have gotten multiple complaints bout the eagle river office". Find someone local.

They forgot to add my wife's income to our AGI, lost our sensitive tax documents, won't return calls or emails. Have asked to be refunded $250, no reply. Do not use this company.

We went to do our taxes at the Eagle River H&R Block on 3/25/24 with Kendra. Not only did she file them incorrectly, she lost my W2 and other tax documents. They were not returned with our other paperwork. Now shes dodging our calls and trying to gaslight us into thinking it was our fault. I know with absolute certainty that my documents were in her possession and she herself lost them, but Kendra wont own up to her mistakes. Absolutely do not recommend this location and certainly not Kendra.

I am giving a 5 because of the service we received from Mrs. Connie. She is absolutely amazing. We are military and would love to continue to work with her no matter what area of the world we are in. We also enjoyed the flexibility of available hrs and how quickly we were able to get an appt.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star but it is what it is these people told me last year to change my W4s so I wouldn't owe again, and after taking their advice I ended up owing more this year.I don't know if they're maliciously screwing their clients or they just don't know the tax code but my advice is to take your business elsewhere.
