Made an ACH over the phone with a worker, come to find out she never processed the ACH and possibly deleted call logs, after calling mat-su location they couldn't find the call log information I had with them on 1/30 eagle river location, i have call logs on my phone to show i called and spoke to someone. It's Caused me trouble and losing a rental opportunity. Whoever you are that I spoke to over the phone. Thanks a lot hopefully karma gets you

I left Alaska and my employment at MVFCU a little over 12 years ago. I have kept my account open there because I use to think they were a very reputable and honest business. I don't feel that anymore. When I worked for MVFCU under the CEO Al Strawn, it was considered unacceptable for people calling in to have to wait on hold. Since the change with a different CEO, I have had to call in a few times and I have literally waited on hold for 8 to 10 minutes to speak with a customer service representative. Less than a week ago I called and a woman answered the phone but was in the middle of a conversation with another employee. She never even acknowledged that there was a person on the line. I said "hello" several times and finally hung up. I had to call back and wait on hold, again, to speak to someone. Recently I requested an ACH stop on my account which cost me a fee of $20. I was told they would put a temporary stop on my account until they received the signed one back from me. The next day I emailed them the signed copy they requested. Two days later, the stop did not work and money was, once again, taken from account. When I sent a message about it, I have been told they will have their Ecomm department look into it. I am still waiting for this to be corrected There have been so many errors with my account lately that I can no longer trust this credit union. I will be closing my account within the next month when I get things settled since losing my husband recently. What a shame for MVFCU to lose the high standards they use to strive for.

worst bank I have ever had. I have a business account and seemingly every month and every deposit I make seems to be subjectively evaluated by individuals that make independent decisions based on the mood of the day whether my mobile deposits get accepted or possibly a deposited check placed on a random hold without any explanation of why.

Very helpful staff and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and nice looking. They are fast and have great rates for vehicles and loans. Ive banked through them for iver a decade
