White male late 30’s about 5’11” extreme hair loss accused my husband.( who is of color) for stealing a cut off wheel that he handed to me( his wife) in the store as I was obviously holding it standing in the check out line. He threw a fit a whole ordeal about how brown people are stealing from his store completely rasicist I am in utter shock of my experience NAPA YOU HAVE SOME MEXPLAINING TO DO?!

Have been there many times for Tacoma pickup and Briggs/Str riding mower parts/supplies. Staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always a pleasure buying supplies from them.

I stopped here in the hope of buying a trailer package for my new car. Unfortunately, they did not have what I need and are in fact not sure if they are even available yet. The very polite and well-trained employee who worked with me suggested that I check with the dealership. I guess that's what I'll have to do. NAPA's still my go-to store for auto parts. Clean, neat store.

I liked going here before but it seems like now these guys don’t want to be bothered. More than once I’ve called the Eagle River store and they’ve just picked up the phone to hang up without saying hello. If they do answer the phone, they’ll hang up before you even get to say if you need anything else.

If you buy a battery from them, test it within the first 2 hours of buying it otherwise you’re SOL when it’s fried and you try to bring it back for one that actually works.

Fantastic local NAPA location in Eagle River. They carry Alaska manufactured ice melt, which is key to a useable driveway! In addition they carry pretty much everything else you would need for car/RV/marine craft care. What they don’t have they can order. The staff are always helpful and informative, which is great for someone who wouldn’t know my sparks from my lug nuts. They are offering online ordering and curbside pick up during COVID and I highly suggest you sign up for their rewards program which offers several savings benefits.

Bought redtop on 13 Jan, 2020 and when I returned from training went to start my car the battery was dead. Wont even take a charge. Without a paper receipt, they won't take returns. Autozone keeps all bought goods by phone number and can look up anything you buy. I will be keeping all business through autozone.
