My son has been saving to buy a KLX110L and we saw that Team CC had there 2026 listed for $3199 on their website. Good deal, so we made an anchorage trip from anchor point and stopped by to check it out and possibly purchase one. When I asked for price I was told it was Out The Door $4344 so I asked why so much different from the price online. The salesmen and I assume who is the manager acted puzzled why the price was so much different when i showed them on their website. Then the manager first said it's because of shipping....then he told me it was because the MSRP on Kawasakis website is $3600 on that bike. I realize that dealers have to make money on their product but when either (A)the manager lied to me about MSRP (I later checked on Kawi website and msrp is $3199) or (B) he did not know the product he was trying to sell me, I do not have a very good feeling buying something with either one. My son learned a valuable lesson today to do your own research on the product/price you are buying and buy from people who know the product/price they are selling. I always try to buy local but when I feel like im getting ripped off from shipping I won't. It cost me less then $200 to get one barged up here from Washington, so not sure why you would charge around $1000 for shipping the same thing. I rarely write a review but I feel like I should give some feedback.

The whole staff at Team CC has been nothing short of amazing to work with. Barbara and Todd have made the buying process simple and easy. On the service side they worked with us to get our machines in quickly to minimize downtime. Can't thank the whole staff at Team CC enough!

The service department at team cc skidoo in Eagle River was amazing. They got my machine back a lot sooner than I should’ve got it back. They are very knowledgeable when I ask questions. The parts guy Jim is Very knowledgeable if you have any questions, he might hate me for putting that in here Overall, everybody was very accommodating. Thanks again to the service department.

Bought a side x side and a dirt bike from Todd. He was fantastic! He spent the time with us and was professional. Everyone that works here is friendly. When we first walked in they let us check out the machines without being pushy. Todd also worked with us to find the best deal for our side x side. They also let us store our new toys there until my BF was able to get off work to pick them up. Awesome place to do business!!!

When my husband and I wanted to purchase a set of quads we visited multiple locations and ultimatly ended back at Team CC in Eagle River even though other locations were closer to home, because we experienced a welcoming environment at this location. Chad greeted us and he was very knowledgeable. He never tried to sell us something we didnt want and listened to everything we said. Being scared to get back on an atv due to a horrible accident he answered every question I had myself and made me feel comfortable in my decision to join Team CC and get back on a quad again.
Hands down Chad Oyster at Team CC in Eagle River is the best!!! He made purchasing two quads so simple and fast with excellent customer service!

I’ve waited to have my sled for a while before making this and let me just say I love my Summit. I appreciate the fact that they are near my home and I would love to make this my home store but aside from that not sure if I will consistently do business here. First, my sled didn’t have any of the liquids topped off. Oil was at a 1/4, coolant was below the low line and chain case was almost empty. I get not being full of fuel but paying 20k for a sled you should have full fluids. There are exactly 2 people on the customer service side that know completely what they are talking about. The older parts guy and the ops manager. The sales guy I had knew just enough to fumble through a walk around but that was it. I had to call AMDS to find out how to set up my shocks because no one there knew how to do it. Makes me very nervous to bring it there for service. Probably needs some younger blood that knows the product really well and seems excited to be there, the valley store has that and AMDS has it throughout the store. Aside from skidoo brand which isn’t very good, they don’t carry anything worth buying like KLIM or 509, backwoods, or go pro I have to go across the street to Polaris to get my riding gear. The store just feels like the average age of the people working there which isn’t usually an indictment on it’s capabilities but the people aren’t terribly welcoming and they don’t know the product very well. It would go a long way to be open for even a few hours on Saturday till like 11 as Skidoo has literally no representation on weekend anywhere close to Anchorage and the Valley.

Absolutely last place to take your sled in for repair.. way over priced, never on time with repair, consistently have problems ordering repair parts.. BEWARE!

Had a very rough start to trying to get a new mule from Team CC. Once I got through dealing with the initial salesperson things got alot better. Finally got the machine and communication has been much better. Thank you to Stan the operations manager for getting involved and trying to fix the relationship, that goes a long way in my book .
