This UPS store rocks my socks. Every team member is beyond polite. They greeting you as you come and go and are always extremely helpful and friendly. UPS should be very thankful to have this team of such hard workers☀️

I have used The UPS Store many times, but this was my first experience with Eagle River store. I was shocked at the lack of knowledge concerning Notary Services, as well as standard UPS shipping services. I told them exactly what I needed, and how it should be shipped, but had to explain each step, and then they still got it wrong. I should have gone to a real notary, and then taken everything to the Post Office to ship express mail, it would have been done right, gotten there faster, and saved me almost $100.00. I will NOT be going to this branch again!

Made me wait around for 2 1/2 hours bc I was told the driver was showing up with my package. I told them I’d be outside waiting I checked in twice and one of those times I was told I’d see him come in. The second time I checked I got told he wasn’t coming in till Monday… I don’t remember names. But they both just laughed after I left, they gave me attitude and I thought it was bc of the job. But now I understand it’s ignorance and child’s play in that work space.

I dropped a package off to be shipped and they never shipped it. I called them and they told me they did, I called UPS and they told me the tracking number had zero movement. Someone lost or stole my package from this location and now I’m out the money it cost for the item I was shipping and the fees they charged me to ship it. I’ll never do business with them again.

Not the first time I've paid a significant amount to have something "guarantee" overnight for it no be "given to the carrier to late". Just go to FedEx. They will actually deliver your stuff on time.

If you plan on getting anything printed, good luck! Sent my order at 10 am on Tuesday, called at 3 pm to ask if it was ready. Was told, "yes, stop by and we will have it ready." Stood in line for 10 minutes to be told I could pick it up tomorrow. Went the next day, same group of people, and was told I could wait around while they got it printed and laminated. They obviously don't value customers time. What a joke.

A year ago, I would have given 5 stars. I've had several packages that I've tried to return to Amazon. Most of the time, I already have them packaged and your store just needs to label them. These packages aren't getting returned to Amazon! I have one from May 2022 and one from June 2022 that haven't been returned. I called your store and the gentleman said you all wait until you have a bunch of Amazon items and then package them together. I understand that, but I can't see it taking you 1 to 2 months to get enough to send to Amazon. He then said that it could be an Amazon problem. How can it be Amazon if when I check the tracking number it states the packages haven't been sent out yet??I sent an email to the customer service email and they also blamed Amazon. I guess I'll try a different UPS location to see if I get a different result.

I have used these guys off and on for years but today they went above and beyond to help me out, from printing things from my phone, to faxing, to printing copies , and so much more. I was having a lot of difficulties and spending a lot of time trying to figure it all out. While I was waiting many customers came in, very nice customers and very mean and rude customers, I feel some of these rude two star and three star reviews have come from these r use to begin with customers. The employees are always more than helpful every time I come in and I would not go any other place.

What is the point of having my apartment door code entered into my profile if they are not going to use it and still leave my package in the snow...they used to use it and leave the package I side the main apartment entry way. Now they just leave it in the snow.

I've used the UPS store a few times for returning prepaid packages and it's been fairly quick. It's a tiny little store and with social distancing for so long, it can be fairly uncomfortable to be in there, especially during the winter. I turned around and came back another time because I didn't like standing right next to the door for so long. It does seem like every time I have been in there, it takes quite a while to get through the line. I haven't personally had to pay for UPS shipping in there, however while I was waiting my turn, a gal was trying to ship a fairly small box, apparently filled with some sort of ice cube trays and it was going to be $36 for ground shipping! Yikes! Almost needless to say, but she left with her box in hand with those rates. Once at the counter, which took about 10 minutes with 3 people in front of me, it went quickly. I showed her the QR code and handed her the item to return. One receipt printed, she dropped it into the bag and handed me another. Easy peasy and I was out the door. Obviously this is the preferred return method for certain shippers, but with the prices, I doubt I will pay to ship anything via UPS myself and just continue to use flat rate boxes at the post office.
