Pharmacy employees love to be inconvenient. Waited in the drive-thru for 30 min just for them to tell me I need to go in the front “in person” when I clearly could have given my ID to them through the window. Wish they had told me that on the note they left on my front door. Lady was about to poop her pants because she didn’t know how to give a prescription through the drive thru. Literally no point in that drive thru.

Pharmacy needs to get their act together.Called on Monday, July 3rd to renew a 90 day prescription, that has 4 renewals still pending. (Bottle clearly states 4 renewals)Recording said, “prescription will be verified with my doctor; and will be ready for pick up on Wednesday, July 5th.”Came in on Friday, July 7th. Prescription not ready, was told by lady at the counter, “they are working on it, and should be ready in 15-20 minutes.”I gave them two extra days to refill a prescription. One that has refills pending so there is no need to verify with the doctor. They still can’t get it done in the time THEY set.

If I could give less I would. They don’t know how to answer phones at all and when they finally get around to wanting to pick up the phone fifteen minutes later they are very rude and don’t seem like they care about you and your questions or needs at all. Do not go there for anything.

This has to be the slowest pharmacy in the state. I understand everything that needs to happen to get a prescription filled, but The timing for this particular store is absurd. Not to mention they are the slowest ( in terms of customers) Walgreens in the area, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

This is, without a doubt, the worst pharmacy I have ever used. We switched a year ago to them b/c of insurance. Not one time have we had a successful transaction. There is zero communication or problem solving ability from the staff.

I normally do my own photos for passports and visas, but decided to buy passport photos from Walgreens for a renewal. On the first attempt, the employee photoshopped the background to make it white, but the photoshopping was poorly-done and apparent, and altering photos is not allowed according to the Dept of State website. I asked the employee try using the flash on his camera to get a white background without altering the photo. He did that, but in this photo, my head was much larger than the 1 3/8" maximum requirement (in fact, it was so large that the top of my head was cut off). I ended up buying a second, acceptable set of photos from the UPS store where a competent employee did it as quickly and easily as you would expect for such a simple and common task.

This place is a joke. Pharmacy is only open 4 hours a day. 9am-1pm.

The pharmacy is a joke. Always has been. Close down if you can't operate appropriately. You are damaging the community's health at this point. Do better or shut down and restructure.

The store and staff of the store have always been great. This is a review for the pharmacy. We switched to this pharmacy due to changes in our insurance and Walgreens being a preferred vendor for both our insurances. I have needed 2 medications filled since switching and have had issues with both. I do not receive any communication via automated call or text even though I have signed up for it and requested pharmacy staff to add to my profile. Pharmacy staff is not attentive and there is no follow through or communication regarding stock and availability of medications. The pharmacy window and waiting area is filthy. This is a place that prepares medications for individuals and administers vaccines, but it is NOT clean at all. There was dust, grime, and coffee spots all over the counter at the window where you try to refill and pick up medications. The seating area had trash on the floor. The floor near the pharmacy where the gate comes down from the ceiling was filthy and the whole pharmacy area seemed neglected. This is not a place I trust and I will not be returning here for any of my family’s future medication needs.

The Eagle River Walgreens has the most helpful and personable people working there. The pharmacy is amazing and on the ball. Can't say enough about how nice the folks that work there are !!

Store is clean, well stocked. I got my second covid shot here and the staff were helpful, and the wait time was short.

Don’t bring in the QR code from FEDEX they will not print a prepaid fedex label. If you need to pick up a prescription be prepared to wait. They are slow and I mean extremely slow. With that said the staff has always been professional and helpful.

I went in for an Abbot ID Now COVID test appointment on 18 Nov at 2:30 pm and was told the results would be emailed to me in 2 hours. The ID now test sample has to be processed in 60 minutes and takes about 15 minutes to process. I was told that I would get results email within 2 hours but 7 hours later no results. Crappy service, the Abbot ID now is an instant test and there is no reason to not complete the process and email the results except laziness and poor customer care. Not having results holds up additional treatment and could result in someone becoming severely sick waiting on the results. If I gave this kind of service I would be fired.

Pharmacist is a very nice, helpful man. The customer service in the pharmacy on the phone very, very poor. I experienced this more than once with the young lady. She needs to be retrained on her phone etiquette.
