I have been banking with Wells Fargo for decades. When we moved to Alaska from Colorado in 2003, I was delighted to find a branch in Eagle River.There are several tellers who have been there the entire time and all remember my name. Very courteous and helpful. I wish they would add Saturday hours.

Terrible, very pushy with services they offer, charge you to deposit & withdrawal cash ! But very very very pushy and caused me to switch financial institutions.

To clarify: I like the bank itself, but I hate the fact that they don't have the local telephone number any more. To get the answer to a simple question I have to call 1-800 number, and waste enormous amount of time listening to all their non-relevant options. PLEASE, MAKE THE TELEPHONE SERVICE CONVENIENT AGAIN!!!
