Great service. Highly recommend. Locally owned. The staff is always helpful and have communicated clearly regarding when prescriptions are ready and when there were possible interactions I should be aware of.

I walked in on Monday and I was not greeted everyone else was busy and the lady with the glasses did not look up to greet meet. Then i tried to ask a question and she didnt even address it. She was on her phone entire time. It was the rudest experience i have ever had.

The pharmacy is located on the first floor of the Tanana Valley Clinic. After my doctor's visit, my prescription was waiting for me before leaving the clinic. I appreciate the fast courteous service.

I have been a client for about 10 years now. I have always been treated with respect and made to feel like a valued customer. Alaska Family Pharmacy has always gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience as a client has been pleasant. Everything from ensuring that my insurance was billed properly to explaining the medications and their affects. The staff is polite and courteous without fail. If you want to be treated like family and not just another customer go to any Alaska Family Pharmacy location.

I went in October 4 for debilitating stomach pain. I was asked a few questions after waiting 3 weeks to get in and then 1 hour for my appointment. Doctor told me he would get back to me in 1 to 2 weeks. 3 1/2 MONTHS later, after many calls that were not returned, I was referred to another doctor. That doctor said there was no reason I should have been sent to him. After all that time, money and pain I am now seeking treatment elsewhere. I was charged $610

TVC family center. I had very bad experience with this team! Poor client treating! They dont care you have problem or not, important only when doctor can see you! I came there twice and heard that doctor are busy and they asked me to reschedule, like they couldn't tell me this by phone? They called me as well to reschedule.... and always trying to make appointment with another physician when I wanted my doctor. Now on my 4 month i will try to find another place.

Visited the clinic for pain. Paid over $300 for the visit. I asked the receptionist before leaving if there were any other charges. I was told no and I requested a copy of the code sheet which stated no balance owed and showed $0 due. They did not accept my insurance and I wanted to settle all charges. Approximately 3-4 weeks later received a bill for additional $58.00. I called and was told that they changed one of the codes claiming the doctor circled the wrong one and that I now owe an additional $58.00. I do not trust this clinic and consider this a bad business practice. Do not recommend this clinic and would suggest finding a more reasonably priced and more ethical clinic to visit.

I can't believe that a group of Fairbanks Doctors who "want" to offer better health care for fairbanksans, would use Radiology Consultants pc. first thing, they are free to charge patients what they want, not contracted with insurance firms, they can charge twice of a normal contracted insurance Radiologist would! Secondly they will try to get their money any way they can! so they agreed to an adjustment on my bill, but then what they agree to remove, they put back in on the next line! So the bill never changed! So TVC why are you allowing people like this to abuse and cheat and steal from your patients? Why don't you check out the people you contract out to see if they feel the same about your patients? or do you really not care about us!

This pharmacy has decided my business doesn't matter to them. I have supported them for years - walked in the door to discover a highly scented "fragrant" scentsy or something spewing odor in the air. I'm highly allergic to this - the only response I received: "where would you like us to send your prescriptions"...not we are sorry (I'm not the only person allergic to the fragrances) not we didn't realize it bothered our customers. just basically - Take Your Business Elsewhere.
