This is a fantastic spot to see the Northern Lights! The facility is organized and well equipped, the staff are helpful and informative. And it is a close drive to Fairbanks.

A very open and clean building, easy to get to, with some drinks and snacks while you wait for the Aurora. The outdoor viewing area is also large and easily accommodates all the guests without feeling crowded. The employees did a great job taking photos for everyone with people lit properly while keeping the aurora visible.

Sage is incredibly knowledgeable about the Aurora. It was a pretty slow night, but he could tell from the scientific data that the Aurora was just about to bust out… and it did just as he predicted. He even kept the lodge open late just to accommodate the viewers. Highly recommend!!!
