“Slushmaggedon knocked my skid plate half off my RAV4. It was dragging when I was a block away from Simard. Becca and Matt got me right in to reattach the skid plate that the slush berm had ripped off. Great emergency service and they also support KUAC so double bonus!!”

“I have been using Simard since 2014. They have always been fair and done good work. I can sometimes be a demanding customer since I work on my own vehicles typically, but they have never disappointed me. Especially John Smith. He is kind, knowledgeable, and quick to answer. I interacted with him when he was at Ford and Simard has gained a huge asset by having him on the team.”
“Edited: the manager, Chad, called me the day after this incident and explained that he spoke with his staff and that there was a miscommunication with some of their new billing processes that not everyone was aware off. He retrained the staff and offered a full refund for services, but we met in the middle and agreed to refund the additional charges because I truly do like supporting local business. Changed my rating due to management offering to rectify their mistakes.
Quoted me 450 for a block heater and called me 6.5 hours after my appointment to tell me the price would double because they had to remove my alternator. They didn’t know that a 2015 Chrysler town and country needed this done and that every car is different. The t&c only had one engine for 6 years. I find it hard to believe that they had never installed a block heater in one of these. Then she couldn’t provide me with an itemized receipt for the work done. If you don’t like surprise 100% markups mid job and want to know what you’re getting charged for, go somewhere else.”

“National Auto and Marine were very helpful in getting my vehicle fixed. They didn't have an appointment right away but allowed me to get my car towed to their yard and leave it there until they could get it in, this made it so I did not have to pay for two different tows which was appreciated. They worked with my warranty and completed my service in a timely manner. Not only that, but they were very honest with me when talking about my car and I didn't feel like they were trying to get money out of me or take advantage of me since I know little about cars. I will definitely be using them going forward. Best mechanic I have worked with in town! Thank you!”

“Best Truck tire shop in town Richard, Ron and Marshall are knowledgeable and if u tell them what u are doing with the truck and what you want out of your tires ie better traction or treadwear they will steer you in the right direction as far as wheels and tires go and in my experiance with them when things go wrong they have stepped up and made it right for me. Only happened once in over 7yrs of doing business with them but Ron handled it with coutesy and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for truck and trailer, farm tractor, motor grader, loader, Even forklift tires!”

“I have nothing but high praise for this company, Peger Road Auto Repair. I had a serious issue with my power steering I was having to put steering fluid in her every other day, I called around to get estimates but of course everyone said I had to get a diagnostic done, and most were booked out for quite some time and I could not let this continue. I took it to PRAR fearing what the price would be they did their diagnostic test and and found that it was not my power steering pump as I thought it was I needed a new hose, they took it to a place they work with and they literally built me a brand new hose put my baby back together and had my baby back within 6 hours. I even took my rental back super early and they were surprised to see me back on the same day. The front staff SUPER friendly and understanding as well as the the mechanic. They did amazing work and I will be taking my car back to them again without hesitation in the future. And lets not forget the warranty 36 months on the parts come on. Take a chance with them I HIGHLY doubt you will be disappointed. I sure wasn't and they now have a client for life. Thanks guys and I will continue to tell everyone I know who has car problems to get with PRAR they are the right people for the job. thanks again it was truly my pleasure and you saved me so much money. “Excellent service, and great price! My truck wouldn't start, despite being plugged in during the cold snap right before Christmas. It would turn over, but not catch. I got it towed to their place, they did their magic, and I had it back the next day. The tow truck driver asked why I wanted it towed to Rogers, and I said because it was the closest one on Google maps - he said it was the best place in Fairbanks, and that I'd made a wise choice. Amazingly low price, great customer service, and excellent work!”

Ginger from the service department is also a wonderful person to work with! I had some scheduling problems arise and she was quick to suggest some alternate plans to accommodate my schedule. “Frontline did a great job fixing up our Subaru after it went into a curb after a flash ice event in October. They came up with a detailed estimate and let me know when additional work was needed. I do as much car maintenance as I can, but this wasn't something I couldn't do. Had a couple recommendations from folks and I'm glad we went with Frontline.”
