“I was with Alaska USA, and then Global FCU, I got pre-approved from global to get a truck, well I sat at car lot for hours waiting with no response for 4 hours, 30 minutes to closing time we tried Credit Union 1 as I was getting fed up with Global, very quick response AND a better rate than Global (my own bank). Well I am now done with Global and am with Credit Union 1 now 100% and I couldn't be happier! More atm locations would be nice, but oh well! You guys are still awesome!”

“Excellent customer service! I was on vacation and lost a debit card. I called into this place at like 4:30pm on a Thursday (holiday weekend). The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond. He was able to change my address and expedite me a new debit card. He personally delivered the card to the mail service to make sure that it was sent out before the weekend. I got it Monday the next week, a day before an international trip. What a lifesaver!”
