“Every time I come here the bank tellers are so incredibly warm and kind, it has me leaving with a smile on my face. Good customer service is in limited supply these days but this Wells Fargo seems to have a bank vault full of it, 10/10!”

“Helpful staff, convenient with many locations and a user friendly site/mobile app. Questions are typically answered and issues resolved, been banking with them since 2017. GCU seems relatively customer focused, though even with a near 800 credit score I've had a hard time with credit card approvals and loan approvals and typically go through other lenders. The front ATM has been out of service when I typically need it too, hoping this isn't happening often though.”
