Wanted to shop local for the dogs this Christmas so I ran into Cold Spot yesterday for a quick shop. The gals working were very friendly and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. Not every business in town has this kind of customer service, and in 2023- it’s refreshing to get a loud and proud, “Merry Christmas”. Cold Spot, you’re doing something right, it’s noticed, and greatly appreciated. We’ll be back :)

They're all friendly and appear to be a well run operation. They have an amazing selection of all things dog and cat supplies and my goto and preferred pet supply store. They carry many high quality products.

The selection is great and customer service unmatched. Sometimes Amazon prime has “cheaper” price for Purina pro food. By the time my mail person doesn’t deliver the heavy item and I wait in line at the airport Post Office, I don’t save any time or money. I liked having what I need available locally.The selection of Ruffwear is awesome! My lab wears the coats in the winter, collars, packs and life vests. It’s great to have it locally to try on for size.My only complaint is dog booties sell out quick! I always buy 4 pairs for each dog. I love the fleece lined pair. Shop early in the winter months

Excellent place to show your furry family how much you love them. From the best variety of chewy, crinkly, squeaky, or flying toys to kibble made from kitchen table quality ingredients, this is the best in town. Their frequent kibble buyer program helps to offset the cost of upgrading your best friend's food too!

This is the best feed and pet supply store in the interior. They have a good variety of quality products and they are also well staffed and the staff is well trained in customer service. I don't buy my cats food anywhere else

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they could be a little more competitive with prices. Great selection but I can generally find it cheaper on Amazon with Prime. If you want to keep the shopping local you have to have competitive pricing.
