“Helpful staff, convenient with many locations and a user friendly site/mobile app. Questions are typically answered and issues resolved, been banking with them since 2017. GCU seems relatively customer focused, though even with a near 800 credit score I've had a hard time with credit card approvals and loan approvals and typically go through other lenders. The front ATM has been out of service when I typically need it too, hoping this isn't happening often though.”
“Amazing! Bankers are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. It is handicap accessible which is amazing too! Room parking lot, no wait time quicke friendly service is always a plus. Online banking options too. Only thing I don’t like their phone banking number doesn’t answer. Overall great bank!”
