“I called in the morning asking if I can get my game console fixed same day and he told me to bring it in so he can take a look. I was not expecting a same day fix, but after taking a look he told me that he has the part and could get it done right then. Without scheduling anything I got my problem fixed within a couple hours of asking if it would even be possible. The owner prioritized my random walk-in problem without hesitation, and was personable and fun to talk to during the whole process. I had to leave on a trip the day after, and thanks to the owner I was able to bring along my console and make it a much more enjoyable trip. I appreciate his willingness to help me immediately and expertise to work on and fix a console he had only seen once before. All in all, if I ever need anything fixed, I will go here again in a heartbeat, and if anyone around me needs something fixed I know who I'm recommending.
