Based on the reviews, the staff at both Fred Meyer Pharmacy East and West are very kind, friendly, professional, and helpful. They go out of their way to answer all prescription needs and show genuine interest in customers. The pharmacy can get prescriptions that no other pharmacy can, and they fill emergency prescriptions in less than 30 minutes. If insurance does not cover a medication, they find another discount and apply it without asking. Staff members provide the best customer service, including calling other stores to find needed items and even calling other pharmacies to have prescriptions transferred. They make multiple calls to ensure customers are taken care of, providing great service even one minute before closing.

All of the staff at Fred Meyer’s Pharmacy East go out of their way to answer all my Rx needs & are very kind in the process. One evening I had a question of a dosage change on medication. It was 1 minute before closing. I was surprised they pleasantly answered all my questions! Great Service!

My dr in Ohio phoned in an emergency prescription and it was ready less than 30 min after they received it. My insurance didn’t cover it but they found another discount and applied it without asking.
