From start to finish Adam was attentive to whatever I needed ..even down to letting me charge my phone in his office ..I just can’t say enough about how awesome this dealership is …Lane runs his business at top notch level ..I’ve never had a bad car buying experience here at all ..Adam made my experience very personal to me making sure I got what I wanted …Lane is amazing and Jeremy made the paperwork as smooth and as fast as possible ….i walk outside and look at my truck and am in awe at how undeserved I am to have such a beautiful vehicle truly I am ..you guys are nothing short of a blessing to me thank you so much for being the best at what you do!..I highly recommend this number 1 dealership for life in Alaska :)

They are great people and they worked really hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I live in Mississippi and after a very lack luster experience with the Chrysler, and one of the Chevy dealership in Jackson. I called Gene's and had no problem working with them whatsoever. Friendly, Helpful and informative on the best choices for vehicles. Either new or previously owned. Helped me find a ride when my previous one was snatched away. Gena Thomson was the most pleasant, but mostly knowledgeable of the Jeep, which I’m so proud to own. Taking us through financial to sitting in the vehicle, showing us how use the screen, starting with setting the clock to the radio & all its functions. Never in (78 yrs) have I ever had a salesperson ever take the time to explain the the finest detail’s of the vehicle. She is such an asset to Genes Chrysler.

So I used to like this place until I needed a test done. One overpriced test later and they came to a completely wrong conclusion. Took the truck to auto trim and they figured out the problem AND explained what Gene's did wrong. Returned to genes and told them I wanted my money back for work they didn't even do right. An unpleasant frizzy haired older gal then told basically "take our money and take our business elsewhere", truly professional. Everyone else at Genes is nice and helpful except one service department manager which is unfortunate. Though I will be taking her advice, and my business, elsewhere.

Terrible experience; we have a dodge diesel 2500 truck 2018; low miles and maintenance has been kept up.1) def sensor, pump, and nox have been replaced after limp mode and check engine light occurred. 2 visits and 2 diagnostic fees, and told it was fixed. Day after picking up truck go on camping trip the limp mode occurs again; had to leave camper at camp site for 1 week to avoid risking being broke down on side of road with both truck and camper. So now sitting in lobby for a 3rd time to see what is going on. Significant amount of money spent without a fix.2) we have brought it in for the low coolant sensor that they have not been able to figure out; so after paying 2 diagnostic fees, we don’t have a fix. Unless we want to pay $275 per hour to further diagnose this problem.Techs likely the problem and management for poor customer service. Needless to say will be checking out diesel doctors, they can’t be worse then genes.
