“Music is a little too loud, but otherwise the machines work and there are usually plenty of weights to go around. Clean showers and friendly and helpful staff. Fair pricing. Although the start up fees are a little obnoxious. But they gotta make money so it is what it is.

“I am very impressed with the Alaska Club! I signed up at the Fairbanks location after moving to Alaska, and Emily with member services still helped me when I permanently moved to Wasilla the following week. Emily went out of her way to help me get set up with everything I needed at the Wasilla location. I’m so grateful for her help, because I now hit the Alaska Club in Wasilla at least 4x a week. I’m addicted to the steam room, which motivates me to get to the gym more often for a workout, because I only let myself use the steam room after a workout. The Alaska Club is worth the money you spend on a membership.”
