First, I Ordered a $2,300 fridge. They delivered it and dropped it directly in front of my Toyo stove. Then refused to move it and I had to call friends to help me save my new fridge.Today they delivered a new stove. When I went in and spoke to their associate, I specifically asked if they had any pre converted propane stoves. The associate lead me to a stove and said "This stove only comes in propane, we don't even have a natural gas model of it." So I ordered the stove and it was delivered today. Well the same two dumb asses who dropped the fridge in front of the heater showed up. Then they walked directly into my house with their shoes on and proceeded to track snow and mud all across my house. I asked them to take their shoes off and they laughed at me. Then began laughing and speaking in a foreign language as they destroyed my carpet.Well I've been in touch with my attorney and we will be seeking damages on both deliveries. Since I called the store and they told me they couldn't help because Lowe's doesn't do deliveries. They use a third party service for it now. So there you go, buyer beware. Go to Home Depot, and save yourself the trouble of going to court.PS. I still had to spend the time converting the stove from natural gas to propane. Which requires you to literally gut the stove and put it back together.

Very good customer service, bought an item that could have been bought at competitor store but they price matched and deducted with a military/veteran discount.

Checked into curbside pickup no one came out for 45 minutes. Then I went inside , and I’m pretty sure that Kyle at refunds is a sloth in a humans body because it took him 5 minutes to write a few numbers on a piece of paper. Then after waiting for 30 more minutes I went back and and Kyle said “ not gonna lie I forgot you were on curbside order “ and to say the least I was dumbfounded by this response. Then after waiting 15 more minutes. I had to go in and make them take it out to my vehicle. If Kyle is not fired I will be very upset. From now on I am using Home Depot. Every time I go to Lowe’s it gets worse and worse. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOWES!

I am so upset! I placed a windows order in April 2023, expected delivery date June 2023. June comes, new date they said July, July comes and now I get NO update, they have nothing for me. August comes, was told the vendor will have them made August 30th, August 30th comes, no update. I called today (Sept 18th 2023) and was told the vendor canceled my order! I did not get any call backs from Lowes any of the times they took my number and said someone will get back to me. I have to keep calling to get an update. I've emailed corporate and all they said was "someone from the store will get back to me." That never happened. The windows I have on our house need replacing and now I can't even do that! Winter is right around the corner. Go to Home Depot or anywhere else that will get you what you ordered. Do NOT recommend Lowes, they don't call back when they say the will and they will not fulfill and order you place and will cancel order after waiting for 5mo! Horrible.

Huge shoutout to one of the best employees this location has! Suly has been absolutely amazing every time I come into this store. I’m a frequent shopper here and she’s always around to help. I’ve always seen her at the customer service desk and has always helped with any questions or concerns I’ve had but now i see her a lot more in Tools department but any help in any department I need she’s always happy to assist as much as she can!!! Wonderful lady and always makes shopping so much easier!!

Pickins are a lil slim and some things show on the app as in stock but aren’t. Aside from that, it’s a hardware store that should carry most of what you require.

Prefer lowes over home depot just because they have better customer service with orders and the rare exchanges I have to do.

Employees are the rudest in fairbanks.Then, when you call to talk to the manager, they refuse and try running interference.We will be using Home Depot only from now on.Don't the employees understand where their check comes from?

If you want to shop here for some nuts and bolts well good luck tring to find anyone there to help you. One guy we tried asking the question of how to scan these nuts and bolts and he didn't respond in a good manner. This also somewhat makes me mad that it's only self checkout now. If you want to save your self from this just go to home depot and go pick your stuff from there. They seem to help a little more. Really disappointing.

The employees are generally great but the store manager is a joke and needs to be fired. The behavior I have seen him exhibit towards his staff is reprehensible.Change the manager and me and my family will be shopping here again.

The customer service in this location is horrible! No body knows anything about anything. No one takes any accountability for any misinformation. This place is an absolute joke and the Lowe's corporation should be embarrassed.

I've purchased two large appliances in the last month or so from Lowes, and in both cases Raeli and Tia were my delivery experts.I cannot overstate how incredibly happy I was with their professionalism, attention to detail, care with the property and appliance, helpfulness, and level of service. Because of the incredible job these guys did I will ONLY consider Lowes for any appliances I have delivered.Especially in Fairbanks where customer service and quality of work is often hit or miss, Raeli and his crew stand out, and are the best part of buying an appliance from Lowes.
