“We were extremely impressed with how courteous and upbeat Travis was the entire time we visited the Airport Way AT & T store in Fairbanks, AK! He was successfully handling answering the phone, CHEERFULLY greeting everyone that entered the store all while assisting us as well as another customer. And then a third came in and he managed to assist him all the while keeping us completely satisfied with his service!
It may be a suggestion that there should be at least 2 employees in the store but Travis was doing the work of at least two!!
He should be commended for being so kind and knowledgeable!”

“Daniel was great! Solved our issue immediately. While we were waiting for the phone to finish downloading he would help other customers, which is great, but when we asked another worker to help us with turning in our old phone he (the new worker) was less than pleasant. I did not get his name because he was not wearing a name tag. He look annoyed that we asked for help when he was clearly just sitting on the stool listening to music. He was mumbling/singing while helping us and I found it very unprofessional. Daniel should get a raise.”
