A professional and clean dealership. They keep a great variety of machines in stock. Craig and his crew are inthusiast of the sports they sell, very knowledgeable people to deal with.

was there on 6/30/2023 for a rear tire change. We shipped tires from Michigan to there. They allowed us to work in the back parking area to remove the wheels. They changed the tires and we put the wheels back on. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful.

We purchased an Argo from Eric here and he made the process super easy for us. He always answered calls and emails and overall was a good guy to work with. I would definitely buy from him and Northern Power Sports again.

Be prepared for extremely excessive delays and poor communication. Hindsight, I should have just driven to Delta

The Hill family has been providing quality sales and service for all manner of snowmachines, motorcycles and ATV's for over forty years. There is no better place to buy your toys in the interior of Alaska.

I purchased a Hisun Sector E1 from Northern Power Sports of Mio a little over a year ago and literally haven't been able to use it for more days than I actually could at this point. It was delivered with a bad controlling unit that took forever to get in and fix originally. We're talking over half a year before I had a working unit. I assumed the delay was Covid related, which some of it probably was, but my most recent attempt to get the vehicle serviced wasn't any better. We called for a first service, which is basically the eqivalent of a front and back gearbox oil change. They said they couldn't get it in for two months when my wife called to try and set something up. They gave her a day and said to try and get it there by 12:30 as we are more than an hour away from the dealership. Unfortunately we had an issue with my mother in law and didn't get there until later that day. The service department manager said he would try to get to it later that day and call with an update. Nothing. I called back two days later. They said if you missed your appointment time, and I quote, "you're screwed". First of all, it was not made clear that we had a firm appointment time and if we missed it we would have to wait another 6 weeks. Stuff happens, what kind of business does that? After talking a bit he said his schedule for the next day was a little lighter and he would try to get to it then and let me know. Nothing. I called back 5 days later, still nothing. I Called the store owner, he said he doesn't deal with the service department too much but that they were booked out another 6 weeks. I tried to explain all of the problems I have had with this vehicle, he didn't really seem to care but did say he would try to get to it next week. At this point I'm not believing anything anybody says at this place and I told him don't bother I will be there to pick it up around 4:00 and take my business elsewhere. When we showed up our vehicle was sitting in their parking lot so I started to trailer it up. No one even bothered to come out. This place is a joke. Even after all of the trouble and time it took to get the EV I do like the vehicle. It's just the service of this dealership that is ridiculous and I don't seem to be alone in that opinion after reading a few other reviews on this place. I highly recommend you go somewhere else to make your purchase. Even if you have to drive further or pay more to do it as their service department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. It will save you a lot of time, money and headaches in the future.

Great service experience!! I rode my new KTM up to Fairbanks from California summer '22. I started having a few minor issues before leaving Washington state. Several dealers in that area literally blew me off, I hadn't bought the bike from them.Fast forward a few weeks and I arrived in Fairbanks. Ernie and his crew grabbed my bike first thing when I tried in the a.m. I didn't have an appointment as I was passing through. They went out of their way to work on the bike trouble shooting several major computer and sensor issues, stripping parts down and dealing with KTM tech. I was able to observe and felt great about the care and time. They weren't able to solve all issues in half a day but did send me on my way feeling confident that I would make the return ride to the lower 48. I wish I had a great dealer like this in my neck of the woods!!Warranty issues.

Purchased a used SxS in June from NPS, it was a 2021 model and had some miles on it from a previous ATV Tour company.Really long story short we were sold a unit with a Head gasket leak, when we first tested the machine it threw an error code and it was overheating. I was told the issue would be fixed an ready for pickup the following weekend. It was ready for pickup but the machine would constantly loose coolant after every drive. We contacted NPS about the issue and they were closing for the Fourth of july weekend and said to come by with the machine. I had already lost trust in them due to this issue and I did not want my machine to sit there for several weeks while being fixed, if it was even going to be fixed correctly since they let it drive away with a head gasket leak.I highly suggest you do a deeper dive into the used machines you sell. Could you imagine someone having a blown head gasket on a trail and leave them stranded deep in the alaska woods? not cool NPS. I dont feel its entirely your fault so 3 stars you get, maybe in the future you can gain my trust back.

Walked in on Saturday at 2pm. No other customers, walked past 2 sales guys at desks. Walked out onto the lot looked around for 10 mins and not one person greeted me or came out to see they could help. As I was walking out a sales guys seated at the desk said "Can I help you?" I replied not now, he said "ok". I guess sales are so good they didn't want to help someone who wanted to buy an ATV. I would leave a zero star but can't! Terrible sales team.

If you have need to bring anything into a service department, avoid this place if you can. Their customer service is horrendous, they do not hold themselves to timelines that they give, they tell you that if you don't like what they say they tell you to leave for somewhere else (in front of other customers), and just have the demeanor that they just don't care about you at all. Worst place that I have ever been to, will not give them any business and I recommend everyone else to avoid them. They gave me the excuse for not getting my tire changed over the first time because, "oh the tire was put at the wrong door so the service guy didn't think it needed to be done." Now three visits later it hasn't been completed still.

Fantastic staff. I've been there multiple times and these guys just make it work. Bought my ATV there, added a plow, which they discounted after the fact. Then took it in for services, they found a lose bolt on my ball joint, and replaced the entire ball joint. I was just out of warranty with only 160 miles on the ATV. Understanding the situation of just coming out of winter and just being outside of warranty they went ahead and covered it for me. Outstanding guys/gals there.
