The store is a mess sometimes, but for the deals they offer, it's totally ok. They usually always have the sizes I need for me and the kids. This is my go to place when the kids go back to school.

The store is disgusting. It’s a mess all throughout. I’m not sure anybody bothers with refolding the jeans or straightening the racks. It’s virtually impossible to find jeans because they’re all sort of just shoved in there. I won’t go back. I’d rather give my money to a store that cares about how it looks.

Bad customer service. The casher has bad attitude with me, she doesn’t be kind. I never go back to this Store in Fairbanks. I sad because I really like clothes.

We came in this evening after we realized that we forgot to pack gloves for our vacation, and the staff were awesome! They assisted us with finding the gloves in clearance, and we ended up with a pair for only 97 cents! Super kind, super helpful, and the store was organized and clean. Thanks!

Not much you can expect really. It's just like any old navy store else where, it's about the only store locally to shop at for clothes with fairly reasonable prices. I suggest always using the self service price checking machines to double check prices. Note sales, if you're at the tail end of a sale, expect limited size selection and a bit of chaos.

Great prices and one of the few clothing stores in Fairbanks. The service was excellent however the store was just crazy. You could tell they needed a lot more employees to man the register, fitting rooms, and put clothes back on the shelves.
