“My previous statement was not a good review. I left it in anger and frustration due to being rushed out of the store at closing time having not yet purchased my items that I would like to have purchased. With that being said it left a bad taste in my mouth and led me to leave a one-star review edited for my original five-star review because this is my go-to business as far as pawning items goes and eating cash in between pay periods or just some extra cash for the holidays. And it really upset me that they treated me like it didn't matter whether or not I was spending money in the store not that closing was closing and I really should just get out because when they start shutting lights off it's it. I'm really glad Kane decided to reach out to me and speak with me on my experience because until he had, I didn't plan on going back I plan on sucking it up swallowing the bad taste in my mouth and going to other guy -Kane single-handedly changed my opinion on the store and my thoughts on it that I will not go unforgotten. I just wanted to say thank you Cain for bringing back a customer and a lifelong fast cash dedicated customer at that any other pawn shop in this town or the next irritates me only with their customer service and their man buns and their just not a code for a way to connect a business and thanks again so much for changing my opinion and changing my review.”
