“We had an emergency last night where our cat that has PICA got ahold of her dog brothers Fluoxetine, 20mg. We found her chewing away on the capsule and powder paste all over her bottom lip. Obviously concerned we called Aurora and they gave us a quick hypothetical breakdown of costs, ensured she would be seen quickly and work with our budget. We ended up using CareCredit. (Not even $500 and most of it was the emergency fee) Luckily her overdosing didnt require much more than having a bit of medication, making her vomit and a dose of activated charcoal before she was able to be sent home after about 1.5/2 hours. Tatiana, Sam, and Dr Boucher were all incredible, informative, speedy, and caring for our precious dumbo girl. We will definitely be back with new pt appts for the rest of our 5 animals to recieve their care. Highly recommend if you're new to the area and looking for quality care for your pets!”

“I don't know if this store has different management now, but it's a much better experience when I go now. The employees seem more helpful and happier. Also, Sean, who I'm believe is a manager was very helpful when I went in Dec 26. I had a $10 coupon I'd received a few days earlier, and for some reason the register wouldn't recognize it. The employee and Sean tried a few things to make it work and finally succeeded. I really appreciate their diligence. I will be back!”
