Mechanically, the experience is well-organized, with no cages or restrictions, allowing visitors to walk alongside the reindeer in their natural environment. Visitors can get to know the individual reindeer, whose names they learn by the end of the tour. The animals are described as sweet, beautiful, and fun, and the overall experience is highly recommended, with five-star reviews on TripAdvisor. The tour also includes hot chocolate and tasty cookies, with the cookies packaged in a personalized bag for each party.
