Safeway Pharmacy offers a convenient and friendly pharmacy experience with knowledgeable and professional staff. Customers report that several people who work there are always amazing, helpful, and understanding. The pharmacy provides great customer service, sending texts when medication is ready and calls about insurance or prescription issues. However, the location is definitely always understaffed and overworked, which leads to stressful days. Despite this, the staff does their best to help, especially with frustrating insurance issues, and many find the service has no comparison to other pharmacies.

I've always had great customer service through the Safeway pharmacy. We get texts letting us know when our medication is ready and calls if something isn't right with insurance or there are issues with the prescription. I've been to Walgreens and Denali pharmacy previously and there's no comparison.
