Beware, purchased a signature pie Strawberry/Rhubarb December 22, 2023 Airport Way Fairbanks AK 99709 grocery store. This a.m. noticed a piece of plastic about pinkie nail size or so that was baked right into the crust. Threw the pie out in the trash. Inspect your pies. Of course you have to buy it and THEN open it up to actually see the crust edge. The plastic could be anywhere and not just in the perimeter of the pie crust.

I would give it a negative five if I could. While a person at the counter is very nice, it is NEVER possible to reach anybody by phone, lines are long, medications are often delayed or I'm being shorted and need two visits to get the full refill, and finally yesterday I was charged for my meds while I should have had them for $0!

I dont know if they just refuse to answer my calls or if their phone is off or if their closed but if your stating your store is open til 9pm then maybe keep it opened and answer til 9pm or change your scheduling on google, really needed my inhaler tonight but bc no one is answering or opened ig i wont be needing it that bad huh?

Soooo slow. Plan for an hour out of your day. They are not equipped for the volume of customers since premera and Fred Meyers are no longer doing business.

We had an appointment (signs on add and in store right in front of pharmacy reads: skip the line make an appointment—so we did and received two confirmations) at Safeway this morning for my mother to get a Flu shot. I picked her up from her out of town home we pre filled out the paperwork and went to Safeway. When we arrived 5 min before the appointment time the pharmacist told us that they had quit a few walk ins that were waiting before us. I asked what the appointments were for and was told that they have to serve whoever walks in first. I spoke with a manager who’s only explanation was that they were understaffed. Do not bother with making an appointment—Safeway on Airport Way will not honor it.

Bathrooms are not separated and we’re absolutely filthy. I hate stores that don’t keep clean bathrooms. Makes you wonder what else they are not doing for hygiene.
