Call 8 times asking for vinyl soffit. I was told they were out of stock for 2 weeks. Finally went down there to check for myself and they had had it the entire time. Client was not happy about the delays.

Well I came in there for paints on a prepaid order I was helped by many people and not in the awkward way but I want to give a special things to the flooring guy elderly gentleman very helpful very skinny very Above and beyond so whoever works in the back on the flooring department I just want to say thank you and appreciate the 1st responder discount So thank you spin art filters play I also want to mention 75% of all the lighting in the middle of the walkway right there great deal everybody get down there they got fans they get lights everything 75% off

In 2018 we spent 6 or 7K on windows here at Spenards. Got the Alpine windows, salesman raved about how great they are. So we bought them and installed them in our home. Then the winter comes and the windows start to warp. Measured about a 1/4 inch from the Frame to the glass. Went in and talked the the salesman filed a claim it’s been three years now and the windows haven’t been repaired. I have been in to the store multiple times over the last 3 years with the same song and dance. They did come out and apply a thin bead of silicone sealant( it was supposed to stop the problem) what a friggen joke!!!I told them it would not work, it didn’t!!!’ Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy your windows.The warranty company that they use told us that the windows are JUNK and I have to agree!!! Spenards was unhappy to hear that their warranty company told us information.So run as far as you can from this company there product is junk and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever delt with

Spenard builders have good consultant people. We had them help design our replacement deck with TREX and was very satisfied. It would be to their benefit to streamline the pickup department.

I would prefer to shop here than the box stores, but every trip to SBS reminds me why it’s not worth worrying about.The newest experience: stopped by for a few supplies today. Almost every customer is masked, but no employees. You would think that would provide a strong enough message toget with the times, never mind what should be simple common courtesy (customer service?).The longer term experiences: some really good employees that are knowledgeable and helpful, but also some of the worst experiences I’ve had in town. Like, ordering fiberglass entry doors, getting metal ones instead. Call to inquire, get explanation of why I don’t need fiberglass doors. No apology. Hmmm, I guess the customer is always wrong.

took our house plans to Spenards in 02/2020 because we wanted to be ahead of the game and knew we had a difficult house. We wanted ample time for them to engineer our house trusses. We were given a truss package quote in a few days. When we went to order them, they said they had a ton of problems and would have to fix it. After months of being ignored, which put our build substantiality behind, we switched companies which had all 158 trusses done in two weeks. We were constantly treated as an inconvenience unless we pulled out our credit card. We still haven't heard back them about our trusses and it's currently 9/26/2020. I'll never recommend them for anything to anyone. Highly disappointed. Seven months or horrible service.

We ordered in advance some lumber, paid for the delivery and all. We had missing and wrong things with our order. Missing 40 tongue and groove plywood. They only delivered 20 of them. We called them the next day explaining what was missing not one apology fromThem. We came in talked to a lady manager she was much nicer, apologized for the inconvenience we had. Than we came around to go into the lumber yard to get the right stuff and return the wrong lumber. The guy( Alan I believe) was rude. We tried to explain what the lady said to tell him what to do. He took all our receipt(in the rain) made my mom walk all around to them. He told us that that's wrong and the wood would be more expensive. And we told him no it's not it's a exchange. And the lumber manager was better an helped us..

The guy that sells window is rude. Condescending and sarcastic. Made me feel stupid for walking in. Third time is a charm, never going back for windows.
