Decent price for all of the amenities that I use. Super Dusty, to the point if I ever stop using all of the extra amenities that I utilize I would cancel my membership and sign up somewhere else. But the staff is great the teachers are great the classes are great everything else I love.

I love this gym. It’s the best all around family gym in Fairbanks, Alaska. The GM Dustin and his family have improved it and continue to pour into this local gym to make it better and better! So thankful for their very exceptional staff and as always the kindest members. This place is what saves my soul in the long winters and keeps my kids healthy and entertained also in summer with the kids camp. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Go Dustin and team! Thank you for inspiring us all and keeping Fairbanks Alaska Club being its Best!!!

I love this gym and the people. The manager is awesome. He works everywhere in the club. He'll check you in at the front desk then you'll see him working as a lifeguard. This place is great!

The remodeled weight area is awesome! Great new machines allow training one side at a time and plenty of room for mats. My personal trainer Joelle is so excellent and inspiring - she meets me where I'm at and keeps me going. This pool is the best in Fairbanks. Lots of lap swim hours, too.

The Alaska Club Fairbanks is a premier work out facility with a very energetic manager. I work out around the country and this club equals or surpasses all of the more expensive clubs I go to. The swimming pool is now top notch. Excellent locker rooms and the remodeling of the work out areas is incredibly

Easily one of my favorite places to be. The staff is always polite and friendly. I like the floor space upstairs and I’m always impressed with how they can keep on top of cleaning considering the constant traffic and the massive size of the building. If I feel like an area could be cleaner before I use it I don’t hesitate to flag down the cleaning person (I always see someone cleaning) to give the spot a quick sweep. The facility really is massive and even during “busy” times there is almost always an empty machine between people. New equipment always seems well thought out. The old equipment was high quality and the replacement is even nicer. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of even during rush hours. All of this being said, I do go as many as five days a week using the showers and steam room and sauna and dozens of different pieces of equipment and a ton of towels which makes the price seem insignificant to the service I’m getting.

Great for single people. Expensive, almodt 200 a month and not worth it for families, locker room hasn't been updated in idk 20 years? The kids room is a joke, every time we go all the electronics are broken, no games work, TV is usually off with no way to turn on. Daycare isn't trust worthy as ive picked up my kid without knowing the lady and she didn't check the ID.The women's family lockerroom has one bathroom for a ton of people and kids, so you know kids are peeing in the shower and pool. The showers are gross and dirty each time, I found hair stuck inside the shower head yesterday. In the other locker rooms there's plastic bags to put wet clothes in, dry bin to spin out the excess water, tons of lockers, and they've been updated. None of that is in the family locker rooms and if you're an adult there is no separate shower for you so your there with your kids and others and it's very awkward, I would go to the adult woman's one but they lock the door connecting them and lock the family locker room once the pool time ends so I was locked out after I used the separate women's shower.Overall will never sign up again, they don't even have filted water down stairs just nasty looking 40 year old water fountains. 200 a month and not even the most basic things provided.

For $150/mo.. very disappointed.. when we signed up there was big talk about their facilities.. weelll.. it's alot of talk. Their facilities lack good maintenance to keep their amenities in good working order. Unreliable, frustrating.. feel like we were lied to & they just want everyone's $$.50% of people in Fairbanks are a$$ holes or idiots, might as well save your hard earned $$ & just go to PF or the B&C for showers.. the AK club is a rip off.

How was the number for over two years of the Alaska club and when I wanted to cancel my membership I called where I was a member at and they told me to leave an email on my cancellation and still charge me $182 I thought it was very poor as a company for paying for over two years never missed a payment and then get charged $182 for actually their mistake not mine that’s how I feel. As you know, we have to pay for their mistakes not our own. That’s how they stay rich.

I feel like PF shower is cleaner that the club. There’s no individual drainage on every shower cubicle. The grossest thing in a gym shower.

This is such a sorry excuse for a gym. And the fact you pay $100+ a month for it is a joke. They can only get away with it because it’s Alaska. This gym in the lower 48 would have gone out of business years ago.

Shameless place (Fairbanks location only) with a shameless general manager Dustin that lies to your face! Been a customer for over 10 years and more than 15 thousand dollars later this place is a joke! They took the tire flip machine apart and when i asked what happened since a lot of us we’re using it James ( office manager ) said there is no space ! Machine was there for years , suddenly no space now in the largest location of all AK club network ! Tried talking to general manager Dustin and he said yeah we’ll try to place it in our heavyweight room but cant now ( maybe a week 2,3 basically told me to get lost)because were busy with the water slide ! Straight lied to my face because an elder gentleman took it apart in 20 minutes (i was present)while a whole different crew was setting up the slide by the pool! Pretty low as a man to lie let alone as a general manager! They do not care about customers ! Just pay and dont ask questions!

Update:: that free days they give you before you enroll they actually end up charging g you when you cancel your membership they make it sound cheap but later they hit you with fees and all that stuff.I like this gym but idk how to feel about it overall. I got attacked by this man today and didn't really look like they cared. Man started acting like a victim and then started talking about my reaction to his disrespect. Which I wasn't speaking to him I was talking to my husband lol

Usually work out at Alaska Club East in Anchorage. Very happy to have access to this club when I travel!
