Cassie and Sherry were so helpful and kind to me today. I needed help finding an impact driver and charger. Cassie went out of her way to find what I needed in the back of the store and made sure that I got the best deal available. Even though it took a while to locate my items, she never showed frustration or annoyance. Overall, great customer service and great experience!

As a contractor in town, this store used to be our "go to" but the past few months its gone completely downhill. Shelves aren't stocked and aisles are full of inventory so you can't get a cart through. Staff is unhelpful, slow, and almost impossible to find. The overall condition of the store is terrible. Stuff everywhere rather than on the shelves where it should be. It's a frustrating experience every time I'm in this store now.

This could be the worst managed business I've ever had to deal with. Never order anything online with them if you can help it because it will probably get lost. Employees are nice however and buying everyday items is fine.

The store has really gone downhill since the new manager took over. Trip hazards everywhere. Stock blocking the Isle. Chasing off good employees. We deserve better.

I haven’t had a good experience yet ordering from this store. Right now I’m waiting on an appliance which was promised mid-august but is still not delivered. Home Depot’s own tracking web site show’s it’s been in Fairbanks for 3 weeks but the store can’t find it. A national representative called 4 days ago to say they found it and expect a call in 24 hrs. Still no word…

Needed a box of nails for a dewalt electric nailer. All of the product is locked up, ok keep theft down. I asked two different people for help but they had to call someone. Waited 10 minutes and while I did I found what I needed on Amazon, won't have it today so I now have to adjust my jobs at home but I know I'm getting them. Also there is too much stuff in the aisles, I'm surprised that Americans with disabilities aren't complaining, there is no way to maneuver a wheelchair in there. In conclusion Home Depot is not a good place to go if you're in a hurry.

Curbside pickup and customer service is terrible. I experience disabilities that prevent me from shopping inside so rely on curbside pickup, however each time I’ve placed a curbside order I’ve experienced difficulties with them knowing I’m there and have to call the store to track someone down. Today I cancelled my curbside order after waiting over 30 minutes because no one would answer the phone in curbside pickup or customer service. I’m done with Home Depot!

I am working on remote site and needed some EMT conduit. I placed an order and had someone pick it up and put it on a plane to send to me.Home Depot shorted me on the conduit. Even though I received emails that my full order has been pulled and ready for pickup. Once my person I have picking it up gets there, the order is short. But Home Depot decided to charge my card for the full price of my order.I called and it is more like an oopps. They said my card was refunded but it will not show or a few days.it is funny that I had received multiple emails saying my order is complete.Nothing saying we decided to short your order and giving the rest to someone we know better.

Try not to shop here unless it's absolutely necessary. It's just been one disappointing experience after another with big projects. Had to redo a bathroom, they wouldn't honor a price reduction WITH a receipt that said the policy was within a certain time from purchase (and it was)... had to call corporate and complain. They said they'd escalate to the manager, but never heard from him and just gave up. Bought a stove, dryer, and fridge at the same time for a new house. Took an extra week to get the appliances because nobody double checked the order was being shipped from anchorage. Then when getting delivered, we took a whole day off work to accommodate the movers, who pushed us back twice in the same day. Then THEY cancelled our delivery on us and had to reschedule - causing us to lose another day of work to accommodate... its just overall bad business here...

After asking two diffrent store employee's for assistance getting two power tools out of their locked cages, and 30 plus minutes later. No help ever came. Then no military discount for the one item i did buy.

Had no problems getting items and when we had a question the workers there knows what to do especially when you have nuts and bolts. They are nice and I loved it. So simple but the self check out was a little confusing but at least workers helped us through

This home Depot is horrible at losing orders failing to have orders ready when they say they will and on multiple occasions they have even lost orders. Do not do curbside pickup from this store!

Went to return an item. Customer service was attentive and helpful. I found the items needed with help of several knowledgeable associates. We had a great young man helping to load pellets for our stove.
