Alaska 4x4 Rentals
6450 Airport Way, Fairbanks AK 99709
“After reading reviews about the difficulty in renting cars at this airport, I was concerned about renting a car there. But I had a great experience renting a car from Alaska 4x4 Rentals last week! They helped me feel at ease after a difficult situation. I had booked a rental car online from a company called NextCar (linked to Alaska 4x4 Rentals) and received a confirmation email. But shortly before picking up the car, I received another email saying the car was unavailable. When I called them, they could not find the confirmation of my rental agreement. However, I'd like to put in a good word for the 2 people (Casey and Lila) working that day who didn't give up on me, and found another car. It was an upgrade, and I was told they would offer it for the same price as the car I had originally rented online. I was so relieved! We enjoyed the reliability and sportiness of the Jeep all week. I had just returned it and was ready to board my flight when they called (I believe it was from Bonita) and said they found my phone in the car. I was grateful for the quick response, and since there wasn't time for me to run down and get it, they said they'd mail it to me. It went out with the mail that very day and I received the phone today. THAT'S good customer service! I'm grateful for the friendly and helpful staff at this Alaska 4x4 Rentals!”

209 College Road, Fairbanks AK 99701
“We made a reservation several months out for this location for a 26ft Uhaul. We received a phone call about 2days out informing us that they didn’t have one at this location and we would have to pick up at Airport. Communication was great and we were able to get our Uhaul from the other location without any issues.”
