Nadine Rose is the best meehn!. She really needs to be promoted! A cool, calm and collected lady. Very welcoming! The way she attended me and my family was great! Our 1st time going to Verizon shop in Fairbanks Alaska because I just PCSD to Fort Wainwright Alaska from Fort Drum and she made it a very memorable day for us. Thank you so much Nadine Rose!

I’ve had Verizon for over 20 years. I’ve had the same plan for many years. I was recently in a retail store to get a phone. The phone wasn’t available.so I ordered it. It was the iPhone 16 Pro Max Plus. I had to order the phone. My problem is I had 2 plans due to I couldn’t have new phones on my older plan. So I open a a second account. I had 5 other devices on this plan. So when I would purchase other devices I would just put the devices on this line. Well I placed the iPhone on this device. Also ended up getting the watch as well. Well I had some issues so I as I said went into the retail store to get my problems addressed. I had a manager help me with problem. Not due the issue. She called customer support. They assured me that problem so it would be resolved. Waited a week and notified the manager at the retail store I was never notified. I went back into the retail store and did the same process again. Customer support again said they would fix and call me back. That never happened. Called support again. Now by this time I’d been in the retail store 3 times and had done this problem. Each time mind you I’d been on the phone talking to support for hours. The retail manager and I talked this last time and again hours on the phone. After hours again they did some research and said I changed my plan which is not true. They put me on another plan due not to my knowledge. Then blamed me on the reason why the plan was changed. I didn’t change it. I’m not pleased by the not fixing the problem and blaming me for the action with my plan change. My plan was and is something not offered anymore and they kept giving me reasons and excuses. I was offered another plan due to actions of Verizon’s customer support saying I did it and the plan can’t be fixed. The retail manager was just as stunned. Reasonably nothing they offered could give me what I had and said they could offer me something similar. Nothing will be the same. My plan was unlimited across and was a higher than the other plan I opened because I couldn’t add any phone’s to. I’m not happy or pleased with how things were handled. Being saying it was my fault the customer and not fix it I’ll never get another phone again at Verizon. I was told you're stuck with we want you now have basically and gave me the plan that useless and the offer and plan they placed me on is all they could offer me. I’ll also never deal with customer service again with your service. They are no help. They manipulated me played the word game wasted hours and hours on the phone waiting and being told my problem would be fixed. Then threw under me the bus and pointed finger at me saying it your fault and have refused to fix it. With that being said customer service with Verizon is the worst. They don’t help you but give you excuses and manipulate you. Further more Ive been told once again things will be fixed and we'll give you a call and get things straightened out. Lies. Just lies. The customer service is horrible. I've never been treated so I appreciated. Over 20 years and I'm getting such a run around. All I've been told is is get a call and things will be fixed. I have several devices on my plan. Two. iPad's 3 phones. My bill monthly is over 600 a month. And to be railroaded and ignored is sad. To think a company is big as they are would be very supportive of the customers they serve. I guess not in my case. I hope others are not treated as I've been. A loyal customer for 20 plus years to get this type of treatment is not acceptable. They would never as a company let anyone be treated as im being treated. It'll like a volcano 🌋 eruption. Plastered all over the news. I have a simple request and no one is helping. Dodging me like I have COVID. It's just ridiculous. Someone has to make a stand. If it takes this to get help and get the service I had prior to this run around I'm getting. I have nothing but time. I play the game like they are by not helping me.

Well I had AT&T went to boost which was absolutely a joke they should pay you not them be paid I then moved to Pure Talk what a joke I paid for their largest plan and each month at 2 gigabytes they would shut me down anyway and when they shut you down they don't just slow you down they shut you down could never get any assistance in getting service after the two until the next billing cycle when I ask for a refund of the difference they said sorry you're closing your account there's no point in this issue and you a credit because we don't issue refunds you can only apply it to service they readily take your money but they say it is impossible to issue a refund all in all Pure Talk is garbage well I thought I'd go back to a real phone company and give them a chance. It was awesome walking into an office actually being greeted by people who seemed definitely interested in helping you I would like to say it was all Rosie but we had difficulty in porting one of my phones and in getting calls at first they were very willing to assist me in resolving the issue in store and I am hoping that I am back to having real service I will do another review after I have a better opportunity to evaluate the service

I had an initial decent experience with this store. It took forever and on top of that they were setting up my business lines and kept getting stuck at a certain part of the application and it took about 2 weeks to sort this out. Then I had issues setting up my phone lines. I have called Verizon more than I have called my mother and I call her a lot. Now my bill is doubled, I had called Verizon for the 100th time they said it was a false charge and dropped it back down to original price now it says I owe the incorrect amount of money again more than double the initial amount. It seems to be a neverending process, and I'm not the only one this has happened to! How can they let this go on!

Every time I had to come in to handle anything, the staff was so amazing and so helpful . Even being in Alaska things were still handled pretty quickly which was awesome

They were really friendly at this store and I was quite happy but then I came to find out on my next bill that I was charged for additional charges (extra insurance, plan upgrades , etc ) that I did not approve nor was made aware of. This store will scam you. Pay attention to what you are being charged for in your next bill.

There's no way to actually call the store on a phone. A phone store that you can't call. Clearly Verizon is not customer service oriented

The woman I was chatting with who worked there was very genuine. She shared with me how and why she liked her job exclamation point she did a very good job of representing the store. I wish I would have got her name to give her proper recognition. She was very helpful in a timely manner
