“Went Black Friday shopping. Got a couple things on sale. Manager did not offer to use my $5 credit that was on file with my loyalty account. I can understand not using it on a Black Friday sale, but then my daughter bought 1 item that wasn't on sale right after me and also used my loyalty number. They didn't offer to apply to that purchase, either. While we appreciate the shopping experience and service, I would've given 5 stars if you would've let me use the credits I earned.”
