The crepes are unbeatable, fantastic, super delicious, and amazing, made with high-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. They offer a generous serving size that will fill you up. The menu includes a variety of delicious savory and sweet crepes, with popular choices being the chicken ranch, smoked salmon, salmon, pizza, reindeer sausage, berry, and Cuban crepes. They also have an amazing gluten-free buckwheat option, and they are knowledgeable and accommodating for gluten-safe needs. The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly love what they do. This is a food truck that sits outside Girdwood Brewing Company. They serve a variety of delicious crepes both savory and sweet. We ordered the reindeer sausage crepe and the berry crepe, and I highly recommend the berry!
