About Alaska Sport Shop
The Alaska Sports shop is super helpful and friendly, amazing selection and best prices in town. The service is beyond expect and exceptional service, very knowledgable staff and lots of products. Very cool store, loved taxidermy. Folks welcomed early for bait, hit the water, and look forward to going again. Keep getting better, over a decade, every summer. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in Haines.

Great place. They sold me a lure that caught this 15 pound coho, which is the biggest coho the town has ever seen. Be sure to ask for Doug because he knows a lot about fishing lures and he's very well dressed.

What a great sports shop -- it's packed with most anything you could need! We needed some camping supplies and they had quality items for us to choose from.
